Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders of $90 or more. All orders are sent via media mail. 

Where do you deliver?

We only ship orders in the United States. We do not ship outside of the country. 

Do you split shipments?

We do not split shipments. We recommend that you separate your orders by ready to ship items, pre orders and warehouse orders. 

Why is my order taking so long to ship?

We do not split orders. If one of your items is on pre order or in the warehouse, we will not ship it until it arrives to us. We recommend that you separate your orders based on ready to ship items, pre orders and warehouse orders. 

Do you offer returns?

We do not offer returns. Please be sure that you want the items before you place an order. 

What publishers do you sell manga from?

We currently offer manga from Viz Media. We hope to expand to other publishers in the future. 

Can I request certain titles to be added to the store?

If you want to buy a Viz Manga that is not currently listed in our store, please send us an email to support@mangabasket.com. If it's not on backorder, we will be happy to list it. 

What are the Ready to ship Manga items?

This is manga that we currently have with us. We can ship it right away. 

What are Warehouse Manga items? 

This is manga that we do not have with us. We will need to order it first before we can ship it out. It can take up to 4 weeks for the items to be shipped to us. After we receive them, we will be able to ship them to our customers. 

What are Pre-Order Manga items?

This is manga that has not been released yet. We order it from the wholesaler ahead of time so that we can ship it on the release date or close it.
